Baked Cold Noodles
1.
Heat the pan and add a small amount of oil. Keep the heat on medium.
2.
Lay the cold noodles flat in the pan, being careful not to spread. Spray some water. This depends on the humidity of the cold noodles. The cold noodles I bought are very dry and hard to loose, so I add more water and almost boil them in water This step can soften the cold noodles and turn them over easily.
3.
Wash the eggs and beat them in.
4.
Stir. Make the cold noodles into a whole piece.
5.
Turn it over, bake the cold noodles and spread the sauce evenly
6.
Spread the garlic chili sauce evenly. Note that if you add too much, it will be very salty. If you want to taste sweet and sour, you can add vinegar.
7.
Sprinkle cumin powder evenly
8.
Sprinkle with ripe white sesame seeds elegantly
9.
Fold the left and right thirds to the middle
10.
Out of the pot, cut into sections. I don’t need a spatula, it’s still non-stick, so I can only cut it like this...⊙﹏⊙
11.
Sprinkle coriander and start eating!
Tips:
If you can’t buy special refrigerated noodle sauce, you can use garlic chili sauce, add soy sauce, a small amount of sugar, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil instead, and adjust the saltiness by adding or subtracting salt.
Cold noodles can be stored for 20 days in the refrigerator. If you can't finish eating, you can split them into one or two pieces and freeze them. Steam them before eating, and they won't fall apart.
