Balloon Chocolate

Melt the chocolate and keep it warm for later use.

Put a little chocolate in a piping bag and squeeze it on the baking tray.
3.
Pick up the balloon and dip it in chocolate.
4.
Put it at the bottom and press it slightly.
5.
Wait for the chocolate to firm up and then puncture the balloon with a toothpick.
6.
Whipped cream + sugar.
7.
Squeeze a layer of cream inside the chocolate.
8.
Spread a layer of crushed biscuits.
9.
And so on.
10.
Finally squeeze the pattern.

Then sprinkle with chocolate powder.
