Banana Muffin with Black Sesame Paste

Press the bananas into puree.

Add sugar, eggs, and a few drops of white vinegar and beat well.

Add oil little by little and beat well while adding.

All the powder is mixed together, sieved and placed in a basin with a small nest in the middle.

Pour the beaten egg paste into the basin.

After mixing well, add the raisins and mix well. There are no coarse particles. Do not over-mix.

Put it in a paper cup. (This amount can hold 16 or 17, 18 cups with a diameter of 4 cm.) The top is decorated with walnuts.

Preheat the oven, 175 degrees, middle and upper level, 15-18 minutes.
Tips:
Since the sesame paste itself is very sweet, please reduce the amount of sugar. Under the premise of using sesame paste, it is strongly recommended to reduce the amount of oil by half or more.
