Cat's Claw Gnocchi
1.
First, only make black sesame fillings. Cut the butter into thin slices and put it in a bowl to soften at room temperature.
2.
Add the black sesame paste, white sugar and chopped peanuts and mix well.
3.
Divide the filling into small balls of 10g, knead them and place them on a plate.
4.
Do everything and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour to shape.
5.
Next, make glutinous rice balls. A total of 80g glutinous rice flour, divided into two portions, each 40g.
6.
Add red yeast rice powder to one portion and stir a little.
7.
Add a little hot water
8.
Add cold water
9.
And into a smooth dough. The softness and hardness of the dough is about the same as the softness of the earlobe, and it is malleable.
10.
Do the same for another white dough. (Wrap it with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out)
11.
Divide the dough into small pieces of 15g each, knead round and press in the middle with your thumb
12.
Put the filling
13.
Slowly close your mouth and wrap it up.
14.
Do everything well.
15.
Knead a small piece of dough into a small heart, press it flat with your hands to make a cat's paw pad. Then knead 3 small balls and flatten them to make small claws. Spray a layer of water on the surface of the glutinous rice balls and stick the cat's paws on it.
16.
Make water in a pot and boil
17.
Put the glutinous rice balls after the water has boiled.
18.
Cook until the glutinous rice balls float and grow to 1 to 1.5 times their original size.
Tips:
1. Mix the dough with hot and cold water. The noodles are more extensible and will not break easily when cooked.
2. The filling can be changed to any taste you like.
