【black Sesame Paste Bean Curd】

1. Soak the soybeans overnight.

2. Wash the soaked soybeans, pour them into the Joyoung Soymilk Maker, add an appropriate amount of water, plug in the power source, and press the Five Grains Soy Milk button.

3. Unplug the power after hearing the beep. Filter the bean dregs.

4. The filtered soy milk is cooled to 80-90°.

5. Prepare a teaspoon of lactone, add 0.2%-0.4% of the amount of soy milk. (Tofu, tofu flower: 500 grams of soy milk add 1.25-1.3 grams of lactone).

6. Melt the lactone with a little cold water and pour it into the soy milk. Stir well.

7. Pour directly into a large bowl or divide into a small container. Keep it warm for about 15 minutes in a warm place. (I divided it up and put it in a heated steamer to keep it warm).

8. There will be a little water in the solidified beancurd, which can be skimmed off with a spoon.

9. Remove the tofu flower

10. Pour the black sesame paste into the tofu flower.
