Banana Pancakes

Take a piece of Indian flying cake and a banana, peel the banana, cut half into pieces and half mash

Place on a non-stick pan and fry on medium heat until golden brown. Change to the other side

Fry until golden brown, turn over the other side and do the same, then pick up the cake from the middle

Put in the mashed banana

Then put the cake together and continue to fry on both sides.

Finally put some banana chunks on the side and squeeze some salad dressing.
Tips:
1. Do not use bananas that are too ripe, because too ripe will be very greasy
2. It doesn't taste so greasy when squeezed on the salad dressing
