Banana Roll and Banana Pie

Prepare the ingredients, take the hand cake out of the refrigerator in advance and soften it slightly

Dice 2 bananas and place them on the left side of the pie crust

Spread the whole egg liquid on the side, then turn over the pie crust on the right to cover

Use a fork to press the pattern around

Peel 2 bananas and place them at the end of the hand cake

Then roll the hand cake tightly

Cut the rolled banana roll into 2 cm wide pieces

Cut horizontally every 1 cm in the middle of the banana pie. Be careful not to cut the lower part, and then brush with whole egg liquid.

Preheat the oven at 200°C, and bake the middle layer at 200°C for about 15 minutes. The crust is colored and the layering is obvious.
Tips:
1. Just defrost the hand cake a little bit.
2. My bananas are small bananas, so I have 6 bananas, 2 made banana pie, and 4 made banana rolls.
