Banana Shortbread

Peel the banana and cut into cubes.

Use a rolling pin to roll out the cakes after thawing.
3.
Divide into 4 parts with a knife.

Take one portion and wrap it with diced bananas.
5.
Fold in half into a triangle, pinch the edges, and use a fork to press out the pattern.
6.
Fry in an electric baking pan.
