Barbecued Pork Tofu

Wash the tofu you bought and use kitchen paper to soak up the moisture.

Then cut it into the size you want.

Coat the cut tofu thinly with a little flour.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the cut tofu when it's 50% hot, and then fry it over medium heat.

After one side is fried, turn it over and fry the other side until both sides are fried until the skin is slightly hard and golden in color, and then drained out.

Put 1 tablespoon of barbecued pork sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce into the pot, add a little water to boil and add some sugar to taste.

Tips:
