1. Mince beef, houttuynia cordata, shallots and garlic, and set aside.

2. Prepare a baking tray and drizzle with a little cooking oil. Take two pieces of Shiping tofu and put them in a baking dish. Spread evenly with pepper powder, salt, and a little cooked oil, spread evenly. Turn it over and evenly spread the pepper powder, salt and sesame oil. For the convenience of everyone, you can use a knife to cut into small pieces after preparation.

3. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Put the tofu in the oven in the middle of the oven and bake for 5 minutes.

4. When baking for the first time, take a bowl, take a little chili oil, Pixian Douban, add appropriate amount of soy sauce soy sauce, and mix well.

5. Take out the tofu from the oven, spread the sauce evenly on the tofu, and then spread the ground beef, houttuynia cordata, chopped shallots and garlic on top of the tofu.

6. Put the baking tray in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes under the same conditions (choose according to your own preferences, the time is shorter and more tender).

7. There are little friends at home, so there are a few dollars without hot sauce. It's soft and delicious, it's very appetizing.
