Fried Tofu with Pepper

1. The Shiping tofu opened its package, and it had a faint sour taste. It was rinsed with water repeatedly.

2. Wash and chop green peppers, wash and chop red peppers, peel and chop green onions.

3. Cut the cleaned tofu into evenly sized pieces.

4. Add chili oil, black pepper, and sea salt in a small bowl and mix well. If you see it, just use this little oil.

5. Brush each piece of tofu with oil.

6. The air fryer is covered with tin foil, and green and red peppers and chopped green onions are sprinkled on top.

7. Turn over the oiled tofu block and buckle it on the tin foil, and then brush the oil on the front side.

9. Bake in the air fryer at 200 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, turning it on in the middle.

Tips:
