Barley and Mung Bean Soup

Ingredients: barley kernels (soaked), mung beans, rock sugar

Wash the barley kernels and mung beans separately and put them in a pressure cooker.

Add 4 bowls of water.

Put the lid on, boil over a medium-to-low heat for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.
5.
After simmering, open the lid and add rock sugar.
6.
Bring to a boil and cook until the rock sugar melts.
7.
Turn off the heat and let cool.
8.
Take it out, put it in a bowl, and enjoy it. . . Put it in the refrigerator and chill for a bit more refreshing. . .
