Laba Congee

Ingredients: peanuts, black beans, lotus seeds, oatmeal rice, red rice, barley kernels, soybeans, red beans, glutinous rice, black rice, red dates, rock sugar in the appropriate amount. There is no need to strictly regulate the quantity like baking. I usually cook it casually.

Wash the lotus seeds, soybeans, black beans, red beans, oatmeal rice, and barley kernels, and soak them in warm water for 30 minutes. These ingredients are harder and easier to boil after soaking.

Wash the remaining ingredients (red dates, white glutinous rice, red rice, black rice, peanuts) and put them in the inner pot of the rice cooker together with the previously soaked ingredients, add an appropriate amount of water, and press "cook porridge" .

When the "cooking porridge" is over, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar according to personal taste, stir evenly, the rock sugar melts, and you can eat it.

A bowl of steaming laba porridge is ready. Use it for breakfast. It is nutritious and you can sleep for ten minutes a day.
