Tips:
1. The medicines in this recipe are homologues of medicine and food, and most of them are commonly used foods, so you can eat them with confidence.
2. Except for the medicinal materials that need to be stir-fried, you don't need to stir-fry the other materials. The powdered powder must be passed through a fine mesh sieve several times to ensure that the powder is fine and free of impurities to avoid affecting the taste.
