Stewed Pigeon with Winter Worm

1. Wash all the ingredients and put them in the stewing pot

2. Add all the seasoning and stir evenly with chopsticks

3. Boil the water in a saucepan and pour it into the stew pot! Put the right amount of water in the steamer!

4. Cover and boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for about 40 minutes.

5. Then reduce the heat and simmer for more than an hour, stirring with chopsticks for a while! Look how tender this pigeon is!

6. The last cup of nutrition, nourishment, sweetness and hotness, make it! Look at this is Cordyceps.

Tips:

Salt has been added in the second step! There is no need to add salt afterwards. If you feel that the flavor is not enough, add a little salt before stewing! You can buy medicinal materials at a pharmacy or a place where you buy Chinese medicine for about three yuan! It's used for stewing pigeons!
