[bb's Sorbet Recipe] Peppermint Nectarine Sorbet

Peel the nectarines, chop them, and put them in a blender. Stir in water and cornstarch and break.

Pour the nectarine sauce into a saucepan, add mint leaves and salt. Simmer over medium heat. About 5-7 minutes, wait until the sorbet liquid is slightly viscous, then turn off the heat.

Strain the sorbet liquid. Add sugar. Stir well.

Freeze into the refrigerator. Insert the sorbet stick after 1 hour.

Tips:
When unmolding, pour hot water on the outside of the sorbet mold, change the pouring side, and pull it out.
