Bean Paste Mooncake

Stir the syrup ➕ oil ➕ water evenly.

Add flour and knead it smoothly and put it in the refrigerator for more than an hour.

Give the red bean paste 25g as a spare (forgot to take it).

Divide the wake-up noodles into 25g each, and then wrap the bean paste.

Wrap and press the mold (the mold should be coated with some flour) and preheat the oven at 200 degrees, and put it in the middle of the oven for 5 minutes to set the shape.

Take out and let cool for 5 minutes, then brush with a layer of egg yolk liquid.
7.
Turn the oven 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Take it out and cool it in a bag.
