I saw fresh broad beans at the food market today. I bought them and took a closer look at how they are old! I was thinking about popping beans with scallions, but the old beans are not suitable! Just cook it!

Beans Flavored with Aniseed

1. The beans bought back from the vegetable farm are quite old and can only be cooked and eaten

2. Prepare the seasoning

3. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and put in the cleaned beans

4. Put the seasoning in

5. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and cook for 15 minutes, add some salt to taste

Tips:

When cooking, you can have a little more salt because the beans are delicious.
