Beef Noodles with Raw Pepper

Prepare materials. It’s not easy to buy food by yourself because it’s too little to buy. So I bought more. The actual dosage is not that much, just the right amount according to the taste.

One small piece of ginger, one clove of garlic mince, add soy sauce and white wine.

Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Stir-fry the peanuts in a small fire, crush them after cooling, fry the sprouts, mince the onion, garlic, and coriander, and cut the Thai peppers and green peppers into rings.

Put a little more oil in the pot. Put the minced beef in a pot and stir-fry on medium-low heat. Add some pepper powder and a little sugar until it is dry.

Cook the noodles until they are dead and remove them. Put green onions, garlic, chopped coriander, and green and red pepper rings on them, and pour a spoonful of hot oil on them. How to add some chopped pepper is better.

Finally add some salt, a little sugar, sprouts, ground peanuts and ground beef.

Just mix it well! It's a pity that we don't have chopped peppers in my house.
Tips:
1. Stir-fry minced beef before it is fragrant. It is not necessary to add salt when frying. Add it when mixing noodles.
2. Chopped pepper should be added to this kind of noodles. Firstly, my house is gone, and secondly, I didn't want to eat it so spicy, so I didn't add it. But the taste is not as good as adding chopped pepper.
