Beef Soup

Set aside the cooked beef intestines, tripe, beef heart, and beef head meat; (Note: my mother brought me the green offal, which has been cooked.) This is beef intestines.

Tripe. (I didn’t use so much when doing it)

Dice all the beef offal, put it in a casserole, add sliced ginger, green onion, and Angelica dahurica, add water to boil, simmer for 30 minutes, until the meat is tender.

Finally add salt and chicken essence.

Prepare chopped green onion, coriander, vinegar, pepper, and chili noodles

Seasoning according to personal preferences, our three members adjust their own, and their preferences are different.
Tips:
1. If it is raw beef offal, put it in a boiling water pot to remove the peculiar smell, remove it and let it cool, and then cut it into slices with a knife;
2. Beef offal can be replaced at will according to preference;
3. Angelica dahurica is a traditional Chinese medicine that is indispensable for beauty and health care. It has a good health care effect. It makes Niu Mitang a soup for health care.
