It's June again, the parting season.
I remembered that the last meal we had in the dormitory was beer duck. The next day, the bottle took the lead on the journey, and since then went to the world.

The duck comes from Gourmet Jiebawang Supermarket. The free-range clear water duck has firm meat and delicious taste.

Beer Duck

1. The duck is cleaned up.

2. Open the abdominal cavity, the internal organs are also cleaned.

3. Cut half a duck into pieces.

4. Add water to the soup pot, add the duck meat under cold water, add ginger and green onions, boil and cook for 5 minutes, remove the washed foam and set aside.

5. 5. Put a little oil in the wok, add sliced ginger, shallot and garlic to explode the fragrance.

6. Add the duck meat and stir fry.

7. Add seasonings such as dark soy sauce.

8. Stir fry evenly.

9. Drop in beer.

10. Move into the casserole.

11. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for more than 1 hour until the meat is soft and rotten.

12. Season with salt.

13. Add chopped green onions and the beer duck is ready. After eating the duck meat, the soup can be cooked in hot pot.

Tips:

After the duck is boiled, continue to cook for 5 minutes to remove the dirt, so that the soup will be refreshed.
