Gelatine tablets are soaked in ice water to soften.

Pour a portion of the apple juice into the cup.

The remaining apple juice is whipped and frothed with a whisk.

Put the foam in the cup, put it in the refrigerator and chill for 4-5 hours, and it will solidify.

The liquid used for making can use juice or soda with a color similar to beer, of course, it can also be made directly with beer.
/foam/
1. You need to be patient if you want to whip a dense foam. You can use a manual whisk or an electric whisk. The whipped foam is very fragile, so the action needs to be light and fast when putting the foam into the cup.
2. After putting it in the refrigerator, there may be some defoaming of the foam. This is normal. If you are in pursuit of effect, you can also add some foam and refrigerate it.
