Beetroot Soup

Prepare materials.

Beetroot peeled and shredded;
3.
Peel and dice potatoes; onion and garlic; garlic;
4.
Add olive oil to the pot, add onions, potatoes, and garlic slices and sauté;
5.
Add beetroot and stir well, add salt and pepper, squeeze in lemon juice to taste, then add a bowl of water and cook for about 10 minutes;
6.
Turn off the heat and stir in the coriander; let it cool and pour it into a blender to make a juice.
7.
Finally add yogurt to decorate
