Big Goose Stewed in Iron Pan
1.
Prepare a big goose and chop it into small pieces, wash it, and soak it in the basin for 3-4 hours soaking in bleeding water. Remember to change the water halfway.
2.
Start the pot and heat oil, add ginger, spring onion, pepper, bay leaves, cinnamon, grass fruit, nutmeg, cloves, (if you can eat it, add hot pot base, Pixian bean paste, dried chili), my family has a baby I didn't add them, and they fry them out of flavor.
3.
Then join the big goose.
4.
Stir-fry the big goose evenly until the water is dry.
5.
Add light soy sauce, consume oil and then add water, the water should be too dry.
6.
After adding water, filter out the froth and simmer for about 2 hours.
7.
Add potatoes and continue cooking.
8.
I made two more flatbreads on top and simmered for about 10 minutes.
9.
It's out of the pot, it's delicious!
