Bird's Nest with Brown Sugar, Red Dates, Longan and Wolfberry

Put one bird's nest in warm water and let it soak for four to five hours.

Use tweezers to pick the bird's feathers and tear them into strips, and rinse with water.

Add some red dates, wolfberry and longan
