Black Forest Cake

The dark chocolate is set aside.

Melt the dark chocolate in water, let it cool naturally, and put the chocolate in the refrigerator.

After the chocolate has solidified, use a spatula or a small spoon to gently hang out the chocolate chips.

The shaved chocolate chips are set aside.

The chiffon cake is divided into three pieces (how to make the chiffon cake, I have it in the previous recipe, so I won’t be wordy here).

Whip the whipped cream with sugar.

Take a piece of cake and spread it with whipped cream and smooth it out.

Spread another piece of cake, put whipped cream and continue to smooth.

Cover the third slice of cake.

Put whipped cream and continue smoothing.

Spread light cream on the outside of the whole cake, and smooth the front and sides.

Use a spoon to put the chocolate chips on the side a little bit.

Squeeze 12 cream flowers on top of them.

Put 12 cherries

Sprinkle dark chocolate shavings on the front, and the beautiful Black Forest cake is born!
