Black Pepper Steak

Pickled black pepper steaks at the supermarket

Pour a little olive oil in a non-stick pan and heat it over medium heat until 70% hot

Add black pepper steak, turn off the heat and fry for 2-3 minutes

Turn it over and continue to fry for 2-3 minutes

Put it in a baking tray and wrap it in aluminum foil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 8-10 minutes.
