[two-color Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin]

Three slices of marinated black pepper steak, one red pepper, one white radish, three garlic, and four ginger slices.

Cut red pepper into circles, slice white radish, garlic and ginger.

Cut steak meat into strips.

First add the base oil, a little salt, and fry the white radish for 6 layers to soften.

Add red pepper and stir-fry until soft.

Serve up and set aside.

Fry the garlic ginger slices in the bottom.

Add the beef tenderloin and stir-fry until the surface changes color.

Add the light soy sauce, cooking wine, white sugar, chili powder, a bowl of water, stir-fry evenly, then add the soft carrots and red peppers.

Simmer for three minutes and add a little chicken essence.
Tips:
The steak itself is marinated and tastes black pepper, so just add a little salt when sautéing the radishes.
