Black Rice and Red Date Hair Cake

Add warm water to white sugar and stir to melt.

I used a wall breaker to beat the black rice into flour for later use.

After adding yeast and stirring well, add black rice and cake flour and stir.

Stir it into a paste that can drip.

Pour in all the small cutlery I can find at home.

Do not fill the mold with black rice paste to avoid swelling. Add the red dates with the pits removed and sprinkle with sesame seeds. How do you want to display the plate. I poured it directly into the mold for proofing. After proofing and swelling, steam on high heat for 30 minutes to get out of the pot.
