Briquettes Cake

All powders are mixed and sifted into the basin and mixed evenly

Add 20 grams of sugar to the milk and heat it to 60 degrees, pour it into the powder, add little by little and mix and stir

Stir into a thick batter and set aside

The egg whites are added three times and beaten with sugar until very hard

Add 1/3 of the egg whites to the batter and mix evenly, then pour all back into the egg white bowl, continue to mix until fine

Pour into a round mold, grease the mold, I use a microwave oven special round box, pour 8-9 minutes full

Put cold water into the pot and steam for 26 minutes, the steaming oven I use, the time is the same

Steam and simmer for 5 minutes, take out, inverted and let cool

Use a thick straw to dazzle your eyes. There are 12 eyes in total.
