Black Rice Buns

Mix black rice flour and ordinary flour, add yeast and sugar, mix well

Add appropriate amount of water and stir to form a fluffy dough, knead it into an earlobe soft dough

Cover with a damp cloth and ferment to double size (I fermented the night before and used it the next morning)

Knead out bubbles in the dough

Take an appropriate amount of dough and knead it into small balls, let it rest for ten minutes, and steam it in the pot
6.
Steam for about 15-20 minutes
Tips:
After the steamed buns are steamed, continue to cover for about 5 minutes before boiling.
