Black Rice Buns

Weigh organic flour, black rice flour and white sugar, and mix well.

Yeastโ100g purified water, stir to fully dissolve it.

Pour the remaining 180g of water into the flour several times, add salad oil, and knead it into a smooth dough.

Put the dough in a basin, spread a slightly damp cloth, and ferment: 1 hour.

After the fermentation is over, evenly divide into 8 small doughs, spread with a slightly damp cloth, and let stand for 15 minutes.

Put cold water in the steamer, spread slightly damp gauze on the shelf, put the dough, and steam for 25 minutes.
