Multigrain Sugar Triangle
1.
Weigh organic flour (or flour), broad bean flour (or other grains), and white sugar, mix and mix well.
2.
Weigh the yeast powder and purified water and stir to dissolve it.
3.
Add yeast liquid to the mixed flour to make it completely absorbed by the flour.
4.
Then add the pure water to the flour several times for the kneading dough, pour in the salad oil, and knead it into a smooth dough.
5.
Put the dough in the basin, cover with a slightly damp cloth, and ferment: 1 hour.
6.
After fermentation, the dough is divided into 12 small doughs.
7.
Roll each dough into a thinner dough until the dough reaches the desired size.
8.
Pack the green and red silk ➕ sugar (the green and red silk is chopped and mixed with the sugar).
9.
Gather the edges of the dough to the middle, pinch the seams tightly, and knead into a triangular dough. Don't squeeze the top to death, or it won't look good when steamed.
10.
Cover with a slightly damp cloth and let stand for 15 minutes.
11.
Wet the gauze, spread it on the rack of the steamer, put the sugar triangle on it, and steam for 25 minutes in cold water.
12.
After steaming, take it out in time (to avoid sticking to the gauze) and let it cool naturally.
