Brown Sugar Blooming Buns

500g organic flour or ordinary flour➕120g brown sugar, mix well.

Weigh 5g of yeast and stir to dissolve with 100g of purified water.

After kneading into a smooth dough, cover it with a slightly damp cloth and carry out the first fermentation: 1 hour.

After the first fermentation, it is divided into 8 small doughs, and the second fermentation: 15 minutes. After that, make a deeper cross-shaped incision with a blade.

Put cold water in the steamer, put the dough on wet gauze, and steam for 25 minutes.

After turning off the heat, take it out and let it cool.
Tips:
When I made it on the first day, I put 80g of brown sugar, the sweetness was weak. When I made it today, I adjusted it to 120g of brown sugar. Several beauties all said that the sweetness of today is just right, and it is delicious to burst 😁.
