Black Rice Buns
1.
Mix black rice flour and ordinary flour, add appropriate amount of yeast and white sugar, and mix well.
2.
Add appropriate amount of water and stir to form a fluffy dough, knead it into an earlobe-soft dough.
3.
Cover with a damp cloth and ferment to double the size (I fermented the previous night and used it the next morning).
4.
Knead out bubbles in the dough.
5.
Take an appropriate amount of dough and knead it into small balls, let it rest for ten minutes, and then steam it in a pot.
6.
Steam for about 15-20 minutes.
Tips:
1. After the steamed buns are steamed, continue to cover for about 5 minutes before boiling.
