Black Rice Cake

100 grams of black rice noodles, 200 grams of ordinary flour.

Melt 3 grams of yeast in warm water.

Mix the dough until there is no dry powder.

Make dough and leave.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.

Put it in the pot for a second fermentation for about 30 minutes. When it is time to ignite, steam the pot for another 30 minutes after turning off the heat. Open the lid after two minutes.
