Mochi bread, 3 steps and 40 minutes, of which the production process only takes 10 minutes. It is really not blown, it is really so fast. It can be done with white shark's mochi bread flour... delicious and simple, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The mochi bread is more delicious with some healthy black rice.

Black Rice Mochi Bun

1. Ingredients, black rice cooked in advance

2. Put water, sugar and mochi powder together

3. Stir for a while and add egg

4. Add melted butter while tossing

5. Mix into dough

6. Add black rice grains

7. Mix all the ingredients

8. Squeeze small balls in the baking dish

9. Put it in a 170 degree oven

10. Bake for 30 minutes
