Black Rice Noodles with Red Bean Filling

Ingredients: black rice flour, glutinous rice flour, red bean paste, zong leaves.

Knead the red bean paste into a ball and set aside.

Pour the black rice flour and glutinous rice flour into a large pot.

Then, gradually add an appropriate amount of water and form a black rice noodle dough.

Next, take some black rice noodles and squeeze them slightly, and put on the red bean paste.

Wrap it, and rub the black rice noodles into strips.

Apply oil to the zong leaves to prevent adhesion, and put the black rice noodles in the zong leaves and wrap them.
