Black Rice Tai Chi Osmanthus Cake
1.
Peel the iron rod yam and put it on a steamer, and steam it over water.

Wash the black rice and steam it with proper amount of water.
3.
Cut the steamed yam into small sections and put them in a food processor to make a puree.

Put the steamed black rice into a food processor and puree it.

The printed black and white colors are reserved. (The black rice does not need to be beaten too much, it can be formed into a ball, and the coarse grain tastes more chewy)

The tin foil is folded into an "S" shape.

Put it in the middle of the round mold.

Fill the two sides with black and white two-color cake balls, (dip cold water on your hands to prevent sticking) and then remove the tin foil.

Then take a small grain and decorate it on top of each color cake ball to make a Tai Chi shape.
10.
For the finished picture, just top it with sweet-scented osmanthus honey. (You can also use jam without sweet-scented osmanthus honey)
