Black Rose Health Mung Bean Cake

Pour black sesame seeds in a dry pan and sauté slowly over low heat until it is fragrant. Let cool.

Use a food processor to make sesame powder. Sesame contains a lot of oil. So as not to miss the fight.

Add a little melted butter and rosette sauce, then add a little honey and stir. Honey is mainly used for bonding. Rose jam is already very sweet, so don't put too much honey.

Stir to form a dough, and the filling is ready.

Soak mung beans for more than 6 hours, and change the water in between. If the room temperature is high, put it in the refrigerator.

The soaked beans are steamed or cooked and mashed into a puree. The boiled beans are very soft. It can be pressed into puree with a spoon. But using cooking opportunities is more delicate.

Add butter and stir continuously over low heat. You can add sugar if you like sweet ones. Because the filling is quite sweet. So there is no sugar added to this one.

It will be fine until the beans start to clump in the non-stick pan. This step requires patience. I fry for about an hour.

The bean paste is a bit dry after it cools. I added whipped cream and kneaded it. Then knead both the bean paste and the stuffing into uniform balls.

Take a bean ball and press it into the nest, put the stuffing in, close your hands, and drive the bean paste on the side to the closing point.

After closing the mouth, roll the bean cake into an oval shape and place it in the moon cake mold. Rub the oval shape and put it in.

Tips:
Don't put too much boiled bean water, otherwise it will be too laborious to fry. You can also steam the beans, but the disadvantage is that they are relatively dry and the cooking machine is not easy to beat. Only use a spoon to press. But it does not take much effort to speculate in this way. Don't fry the beans too dry, it will continue to dry out after a while.
