Black Sesame and Black Rice Bread

In addition to the butter, put the other raw materials in the dough into the bread bucket, start a kneading program, knead until the thick film can be pulled out.

Add butter and continue the kneading process until the film can be pulled out.

Let the dough sit for 15 minutes and then press to exhaust (no fermentation required), divide them into 4 equal pieces, round them all, cover them with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Use a rolling pin to roll the loose dough into a rectangular dough.

Coat the surface with black sesame paste, remember to leave a gap around.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Fold both sides of the dough to the middle and pinch it tightly. Remember to squeeze tightly at the upper and lower ends.

Use a sharp knife to cut the dough into 3 equal pieces, remember not to cut the top.

Weave the dough into a braid shape.

After finishing the shape a bit, put it in the mini cheese mold.

Do the same for the other 3 copies.

Spray water on the shaped dough, put it in the oven, and ferment at 37°C to double its size. It takes about 30 minutes.

The fermented dough is put into the preheated oven, the middle layer, the upper and lower fire is 180 ℃, and the baking is 18 minutes.

The baked dough will be demoulded immediately, and it can be eaten after it is placed on the baking net to cool a little.
Tips:
1. Be careful not to contact the yeast directly with sugar and salt when putting the raw materials.
2. The amount of water in the dough should be adjusted according to the water absorption of the flour.
3. This bread uses the one-time fermentation method. If you have plenty of time, you can put the dough in a warm place (28 degrees Celsius) after the dough is made to ferment to double its size.
4. The baking time and temperature need to be adjusted according to the temper of the oven.
5. Bread can be stored at room temperature for about 3 days, remember not to put it in the refrigerator. If you want to store it longer, put it directly in the freezer.
