Black Sesame Yogurt

After the glass container is sterilized with boiling water, it is filled with 500 ml of pure milk.

Add 1 gram of yogurt baking powder.

Stir gently in the same direction.

Put it in a yogurt maker and ferment for 8 hours in a warm water bath.

After fermentation, add fine sugar while hot, mix well, put it in the refrigerator and passivate for more than 4 hours.

Stir-fry the black sesame seeds, beat them up, add them to the yogurt

Stir well and serve.
Tips:
If the black sesame seeds are raw, they need to be sautéed on a low heat. After cooling, they are powdered with a food processor and mixed into the yogurt when eating.
