2.
Pour the cooked black sesame seeds into a grinding cup and break them
3.
The ground sesame powder is taken out with a spatula (why is it necessary to beat the powder, in fact, to add it to the mixing cup later, it is easy to mix the oil quickly)
4.
Take the mixing cup, add the beaten black sesame powder, pour in the flaxseed oil
5.
Take a glass bottle, scald it with boiling water, and let it dry
6.
Pour in the beaten black sesame paste, let it cool, seal and store in a refrigerator
Tips:
1. The oil yield of black sesame seeds is relatively low, and the addition of fat is smoother; the oil should not be too much, otherwise the finished sauce will not taste good if it is thin
2. Do not make too much black sesame paste at one time, it is easy to oxidize and cannot be stored for a long time.
3. If you don’t like the taste of olive oil or linseed oil, then replace it with other oils, but it is still health-oriented and it is not recommended to use other types of oils
4. Black sesame paste can be used to spread bread, steamed buns, cold dishes, etc., to increase the deliciousness of food
