I've kept my heart for a long time, and I'm always lazy to do it. Until the arrival of Taikoo black tea, the heart of black tea yogurt was finally aroused. Maybe it's more convenient to brew tea bags, maybe it's more convenient not to filter the tea leaves.
Take half of a liter of milk, brew the tea together with the tea bag, and then put it in the refrigerator overnight to let the tea taste full and analyze. In fact, you can also boil all the milk together with the tea bag, and add the fungus powder at the end. However, there will be a large container that will occupy more space in the refrigerator. Therefore, the milk is divided into two groups, one group is responsible for absorbing the fragrance of tea, and the other group is responsible for dissolving the bacterial powder, performing their duties, and the final result is the same.
The old rules, the rice cooker version, seem to be able to maintain a good solidification effect in the early autumn when it is getting colder.
In fact, it is to turn milk tea into yogurt. . . "

14. The next day, turn on the rice cooker,

15. Uncover, the milk solidifies.

16. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle a little chopped walnuts, and serve.

Tips:

The amount of tea bags can be increased or decreased according to the strength of the tea you want.
The rice cooker can be replaced by other equipment for making yogurt.
Those who like sweet yogurt can also add sugar to the milk at the beginning.
