I made black tea shortbread at home before, and I never forget the taste of black tea, so I thought of making a black tea biscuit with afternoon tea, and my brain opened again. Why not make it into milk tea biscuit~Try a new taste~

Milk Tea Biscuits

1. Brew the black tea tea bag with 100ml of hot water for 1 minute, brew the milk powder with 45ml of hot water, then take 75ml of black tea and mix it with the milk to make milk tea, then set it aside to cool and set aside, the tea bag is drained and set aside

2. After the butter is softened, add in powdered sugar, almond powder, salt, and mix well, no need to beat the butter

3. Add the egg liquid and continue to stir evenly without whisking

4. Tear open the black tea bag drained in step 1, add the tea dregs to the butter and mix well

5. Take 2 tsp of milk tea from step 1, add it to the butter and continue to stir

6. Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well

7. This batter is ready, but the batter at this time is very moist, so put the batter in the refrigerator freezer for about 1 hour, wait for the batter to harden a little, take it out, and put it on the plastic wrap to form a cylindrical shape, together with Put the plastic wrap in the refrigerator freezer for 1 hour

8. Tear off the plastic wrap of the refrigerated cylindrical batter and cut into small round cakes of the same thickness

9. Put it in the preheated oven, heat up and down at 190 degrees, bake for about 12 to 15 minutes

Tips:

1. The butter must be completely softened, otherwise it will cause a lot of trouble during the mixing process
2. If you don’t like the taste of milk tea, you can replace the milk tea with everything you like, black tea, green tea, jasmine tea, etc.~
3. In fact, if you have fresh milk at home, you can directly mix it with fresh milk and black tea to make milk tea. Just because the amount is very small here, I don’t want to open a box of fresh milk to make it. In fact, the milk and tea are in the milk tea. The ratio of tea can be adjusted according to your personal preference. Here I only give the ratio of my own preference. Among the ratios I have made, the tea flavor is relatively strong, and friends who prefer a heavier milk flavor You can put more fresh milk~
4. To be honest, I personally don’t like to eat sweet things very much, so I think this biscuit is a bit sweet in my opinion. If there are friends who are not very sweet like me, you can appropriately reduce 15g of powdered sugar.
5. By the way, this is a very important point! Everyone, please don't follow my example of slicing and cutting into that shape! Very ugly! But there is no way for the hand to be disabled~
