Blood Rice and Red Date Congee

1. Ingredients.

2. Wash the rice.

3. Wash medlar and red dates and cut open.

4. Put the rice and red dates in the thermos cup.

5. Add boiling water, cover the lid and set aside to simmer for an hour.

6. Open the cup and simmer in a pot for 10 minutes until the porridge is sticky.

7. Finished product.

Tips:

1. Cut the red dates to add more flavor
2. Putting it in a thermos can save time
3. The ingredients can be added according to your preferences
4. I personally feel that adding glutinous rice can make the porridge thicker
