Pan-fried Blood Rice

Prepare blood rice and clean green onions.

Blood rice slices.

Cut the green onion leaves separately.

Heat oil in a pot, add scallions and sauté until fragrant.

Turn to low heat, add blood rice flakes and fry until slightly charred.

Turn over and continue frying.
