Blueberry Frozen Cheese Ice Cream
1.
Put the biscuits in the fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to crush them.
2.
Stir the butter and cocoa powder first, then add the biscuits and stir evenly.
3.
Put tin foil on the movable bottom plate of the cake mold (mine is 6 inches), put the broken biscuits into the hand pressure and press it evenly.
4.
Put two small packets of blueberry QQ candy into two bowls and put some water in each. One of them should not be too little or too much. It seems to be twice as much as QQ candy. Just put a little water in one and put it in the microwave. Melt, stir evenly and set aside and let it cool for later use.
5.
Cut the cheese into small pieces and stir with a whisk. Add the soft sugar and beat into a paste, as long as the grains are not too obvious.
6.
Beat the whipped cream to 70% or 80%, add the cheese paste, continue to stir evenly, add a little bit of QQ syrup that has been completely cold and uniform in the bowl with more water, add a little bit of it and mix it evenly.
7.
Pour the mixed batter into a mold and put it in the freezer. When it is not very soft, pour in another bowl of QQ sugar water, put some blueberries, and send it to the refrigerator to freeze.
8.
Freeze for a few hours and demould be able to eat birds~~
Tips:
Remember that the blueberry QQ syrup must be cold, otherwise the oil and water will separate and it will have to be redone
