Blueberry Mousse Cake

Make the remaining eight-inch piece of cake dough and one six-inch piece of the remaining butter cake.

Add 500 grams of whipped cream to sugar and beat it to seven to eight minutes, and it can be runny.

Gelatine tablets are soaked softly.

The soaked gelatin slices are removed from the insulated water and melted.

Add a little blueberry juice to the melted gelatin liquid and stir well.

Pour the juice into the cream and mix well.

The mixed mousse, the amount of blueberry juice is less and water is added, the color is not obvious.

A piece of eight-inch cake base, cut off the edges, I only cut it down a little bit, and put it into the eight-inch live base mold.

Pour half of the mousse.

Put on the remaining six-inch cake base.

Pour the remaining mousse liquid into the live base film, put it in the refrigerator until the shape is set, usually I do it at night and demould the next morning.

Add a little boiled water to the blueberry-flavored QQ candy, heat to melt and let cool until it is not hot.

The cool liquid is poured on to make a mirror surface to be finalized, and you can keep it in the refrigerator if you have time.

The bottom of the live film is raised, and the mold can be taken off by blowing hot air around the periphery with a hair dryer.
