Tips:
1. Unfinished yogurt needs to be refrigerated at 4°C;
2. The amount of sugar added is generally controlled between 5%-10%, and the taste is better;
3. Yogurt is very suitable to be eaten with starchy foods, such as rice, noodles, buns, steamed buns, bread, etc. It tastes good and is nutritious. However, it is forbidden to eat it with high-fat processed meats such as sausages and bacon. Because processed meat is added with nitrous acid, it will form nitrosamines with the amines in yogurt, which is a carcinogen;
4. As stomach acid has a sterilizing effect, it is best not to drink yogurt containing probiotics on an empty stomach. Generally, it is better to drink it after meals. In order to preserve the activity of probiotics contained in yogurt, it is best not to drink hot drinks before and after drinking yogurt.
